1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and the provision of security services by Condor Security (Pvt) Ltd (“Condor Security”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in Pakistan with its registered office at C-48 KDA Scheme No.1, Karachi-75350, Pakistan.
By accessing this website or engaging Condor Security for any service, the visitor or client (“you”, “the Client”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Scope of Services
Condor Security provides a range of security-related services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Manned guarding services (static and mobile security guards)
- Corporate, residential, retail, and event security
- Cash-in-transit and valuables protection services
- Electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring)
- Security consultancy, risk assessment, and audits
- Investigation and background verification services
The specific scope, deployment details, manpower, equipment, and service levels for any engagement will be set out in a separate written service agreement or contract signed between Condor Security and the Client, which shall take precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict.
3. Use of This Website
- Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer of services.
- You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content without permission.
- Condor Security reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any user at its discretion, without prior notice.

4. Client Obligations
Where the Client engages Condor Security for services, the Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the premises, personnel, and requirements relevant to the engagement.
- Ensure a safe working environment for deployed security personnel.
- Make payments in accordance with the agreed commercial terms and invoicing schedule.
- Notify Condor Security promptly of any changes in scope, site access, or risk factors.
- Comply with all applicable laws relevant to the use of security services at the Client’s premises.
5. Service Delivery & Standards
- Condor Security will deploy trained, vetted, and where applicable, licensed security personnel in accordance with the agreed service contract.
- Personnel deployment, shift schedules, and post orders will be defined jointly with the Client at the start of the engagement.
- Condor Security reserves the right to substitute personnel due to leave, illness, performance, or operational requirements, while maintaining agreed service levels.
- Any equipment, including uniforms, communication devices, patrol vehicles, and electronic systems, provided by Condor Security remains the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payment Terms
- Service fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be specified in the signed service agreement or invoice.
- Late payments may be subject to service suspension after due notice, in accordance with the terms of the service agreement.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable government taxes/levies unless stated otherwise.
7. Limitation of Liability
While Condor Security takes all reasonable measures to deliver professional and diligent security services, the Company’s liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the extent set out in the applicable service agreement and permissible under the laws of Pakistan.
Condor Security shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for events arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (see Force Majeure, Section 10).
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Pakistani law.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all confidential information exchanged during the course of the engagement — including site details, security arrangements, client data, and business information — as strictly confidential, and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Condor Security (Pvt) Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Force Majeure
Condor Security shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the notice period and termination clauses specified in the relevant service agreement.
Condor Security reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of contract, or where the safety of its personnel cannot be reasonably assured.
12. Privacy
Any personal or business information collected through this website or during the course of service delivery will be handled in accordance with Condor Security’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws in Pakistan.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any service agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
14. Amendments
Condor Security reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this website with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
