5. CCTV & Surveillance Data

- Condor Security operates such systems on behalf of, and per the instructions of, the respective client; specific data-handling terms for a given site are governed by the applicable service agreement with that client.

- With the relevant client, where information (including CCTV footage or incident reports) relates to services performed at that client’s premises
